During your subscription, you can make as many requests as you want and ask for all the revisions you need on Slack. Your dedicated team will deliver one task at a time, based on your priorities. 

Every deliverable is strategically crafted for your brand and needs without the use of ready-made templates.
This means that we can't specify in advance the number of hours required for all tasks. However, you’ll receive updates every 2 business days on ongoing projects. Typically, we’ll deliver simple tasks (such as some SM content)
in 1-2 business days. For more complex ones (like a brand system or a website), we'll provide an estimated delivery
time based on your briefing.

You’ll mainly interact with Tommi C., our Senior Brand Designer. During the first video call, you’ll discuss together your needs and expectations. Depending on your chosen package, one or more collaborators — carefully selected in the real world — will be included in your team.

No matter what you need, you can text us on your dedicated Slack channel. Plus, you have a set number of monthly video calls based on your package. During calls, we can further discuss strategies, tasks, and provide consults. Just schedule with some days in advance. For more official communications, contact us via this email. If you're not in a rush, we also accept carrier pigeons. 

To stop your subscription, send us a written notice by email at least 10 days before your automatic renewal. If you want to take a break, you can just pause it, retaining the number of days you still have left in your monthly plan. You can use them for up to 1 year after the pausing date. Check our T&Cs for more details!

Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with our partnership. For this reason, we may offer a partial refund of the first monthly payment if you think we’re not the right fit to your company after the first week with us. (Again, check T&Cs). Except for this, we can’t offer any refund due to the highly subjective nature of our work.

If you own a museum or organise a cultural event, just give us a call. Depending on your situation and specific needs, we can discuss a fixed monthly rate.
